Claire spent a few days crafting my CV draft, I was in no rush , the first draft was sent to me for review which conatined notes for clarification and suggestions. This was followed by the CV itself which looked good , so I signed it off.

The early feedback from a recruiter was that it looked really good which made me very pleased to have chosen the service

I am happy with the service. The team was very attentive and quick to reply to my questions. I appreciate their superior level of organization as well. I’ve been a client since 2016, and James is always very professional and customer-focused.

Felt like the CV was a mass regurgitation of what a basic AI would look to write. Lots of big words without actually saying much which was really disappointing as the phone conversation I had with the agent prior to the CV creation was really good. CV felt like it could be for any number of people in management and not really what I expected especially after previously great results.

The CV writer does not understand what is required. My interaction with the representative was promising. The actual writer is not doing a good job and has wasted my time, sending me the same draft under a version 2 draft. I would now like my £249 refund since I am not getting any response from the representative either.

This is the second time I have used this service and the professionalism and attention to detail is fantastic. Response time and the quality of the written response is phenomenal. My conversation with James highlighted that my old CV wasn't getting me to the first shortlist. My new CV written by James and Jennifer got me shortlisted on its first outing!!

Was a smooth service and my CV is now totally revamped. The only downside I’d say is that the CV writer wasn’t based in the UK so communication was slightly slow and also the code retrieval every time you received an email was slightly annoying and time consuming

I am a bit of a perfectionist and was apprehensive about this service. However, Kathlyn was able to restructure my cv into a form we were both comfortable with. Loved the ease of which I could communicate with the writer. Krystena did an amazing job of listening to what I needed from the CV and she captured it brilliantly. The only thing I ask of this company is to do more research for CVs for Sports sectors and Clinical scientists as these are job markets that will be getting bigger and therefore more CVs will be needed.

After a very distressing ordeal with an incompetent and unnatentive writer called Shamir, the company was very apologetic on his behalf and immediately put me over to Nathan who was the complete opposite and had my CV and cover letter made to my liking in good time.

My writer was very helpful he gave me a cv at the end after multiple rewrites that is well done and meets my objective.

I initially had 5 pages in my CV and Naomi managed to reduce it down to 3 pages. She was receptive of my requests and was able to provide the CV that I wanted. There a few unnecessary paragraphs and some of it were too wordy but it wasn't a big deal as it allowed me have options of what I can remove and keep. I wished the turn around time was a lot quicker but Naomi delivered in the end.

Naomi worked on my CV, and everything was very well worded and stuck to my original points. I did not find anything which needed to be amended as her first draft was perfect! They’re pretty much doing what kickresume can do for free - rejigged the look of it but almost no rewording of skills/experience. I wanted a cv within 3 days and it’s taken more than 2 months and still not happy

I brought my draft CV to the CV Centre....I thought it was OK/pretty good in fact....but - from the first draft I received, it was clear that professional CV writers are way better than me.

The first draft of the CV was pretty much there with only a couple of observations that were implemented very quickly by Claire. I cannot recommend enough how much difference there is between what I consider professional and relevant compared to the CV prepared and written for me; simply outstanding.
