Hello! Claire left you feedback in February and never heard back so your order automatically closed. You came back to us months later in June and July.
Unfortunately we did not pick up on your message on the closed order and you had not attempted to reach out to us via any other means. In future you can always reach out to us by phone, email, contact page or live chat and we'd be happy to provide immediate, live support. We are also looking into improving notifications for messages left on orders closed a long time ago so we can better respond to these in future - this is a really rare case for us given that the vast majority of clients will opt to reach out to us via other more direct means.
Christopher has today created a fresh order for you with a complimentary 30 minute call with Claire so we can get the process going again inclusive of all services you had ordered whether they were in progress or not.
We'll be getting to work on that very soon and look forward to your feedback once everything is complete. :)
