In future you can always reach out to us by phone, email, contact page or live chat and we'd be happy to provide immediate, live support. We are also looking into improving notifications for messages left on orders closed a long time ago so we can better respond to these in future - this is a really rare case for us given that the vast majority of clients will opt to reach out to us via other more direct means.
