Very quick responses to questions and amendments. Polite and very helpful in every way. Would of communications via email rather than logging into the portal every time. Would definitely use again though and I highly recommend.

I do take your point about email versus our client portal. We did indeed used to use email - and we still do on request. However, we do try to avoid it because it's quite simply less secure and, in our line of business, we do of course handle quite a lot of rather sensitive data!
