I am a bit of a perfectionist and was apprehensive about this service. However, Kathlyn was able to restructure my cv into a form we were both comfortable with. It took 5 drafts over 2 weeks, but we eventually got there, and I am pleased with the results. I believe I should be able to land many interviews moving forward.

Loved the ease of which I could communicate with the writer. Krystena did an amazing job of listening to what I needed from the CV and she captured it brilliantly. The only thing I ask of this company is to do more research for CVs for Sports sectors and Clinical scientists as these are job markets that will be getting bigger and therefore more CVs will be needed.

After a very distressing ordeal with an incompetent and unnatentive writer called Shamir, the company was very apologetic on his behalf and immediately put me over to Nathan who was the complete opposite and had my CV and cover letter made to my liking in good time.

My writer was very helpful he gave me a cv at the end after multiple rewrites that is well done and meets my objective.

Naomi worked on my CV, and everything was very well worded and stuck to my original points. I did not find anything which needed to be amended as her first draft was perfect! My writer Ian is professional and experienced writer, He is well informed and knows what employers may look for in applicant resume. He is patient and listen to customers needs, and he knows what information exactly is needed for competitive CV.

The customer service was great in terms of quick response and friendly, but the cv itself was not the best even if they offer to edit it as much as I want but I still can’t see that they putting a lot of work on the cv .

Five stars for the senior CV writer Naomi. Naomi is excellent and professional. She understood what I want quickly and clearly, and helped edit my CV and other documents so well and promptly. I felt more confident in myself because of her work. Also, I learnt a lot from her. I felt so glad to have her help me.

Good collaboration and communication with the CV writer. However, not consistent with the deadlines. Quite satisfying result. Although they advertise their services in French, I was informed twice that there is no French writer available.
