The CV writer was out of words and he did copy paste my uploaded resume which on the first place was uploaded to be as a guide and not to be used as it is.
There was some initial confusion regarding your CV whereby, after the first draft was prepared, you actually asked James to ignore the source document that you uploaded because the description of your current job role that it contained did not accurately reflect what you did in that position. We asked you for additional information that would enable us to better understand your role, but unfortunately this was not forthcoming. It was at this point that I gave you a call directly to clarify the information we needed, which resulted in you sending across some job roles that were really helpful. After the next drafts were sent to you, we received feedback that "Everything is perfect" and that you had just some very minor amendments. These were actioned, and you personally hit the Approve Order button on 29th September, which suggests everything met with your approval.
