I was never sure that my own covering letter was getting me any traction, I was pleased with the template I received from Claire as it gave me a fresher perspective on whether I should use one or not.

I have used it once so far, I'm not able to feedback if it is helping me or not. But I think it is better than my own covering letter

I did not really know what to expect with this, following the format of reviewing the draft(s) before sign off. I was sent the final version, which I used to update my profile.

Claire spent a few days crafting my CV draft, I was in no rush , the first draft was sent to me for review which conatined notes for clarification and suggestions. This was followed by the CV itself which looked good , so I signed it off.

The early feedback from a recruiter was that it looked really good which made me very pleased to have chosen the service

I had a call with Claire, who put me at ease and explained the who process. We discussed my goals and future goals as well as my experiences to date.

The conversation was easy going and we soon reached an agreement on what I needed from the service

I had very important job application and needed assistance to stand out of the crowd.

Felt like the CV was a mass regurgitation of what a basic AI would look to write. Lots of big words without actually saying much which was really disappointing as the phone conversation I had with the agent prior to the CV creation was really good. CV felt like it could be for any number of people in management and not really what I expected especially after previously great results.

The CV writer does not understand what is required. My interaction with the representative was promising. The actual writer is not doing a good job and has wasted my time, sending me the same draft under a version 2 draft. I would now like my £249 refund since I am not getting any response from the representative either.

I have a natural aversion to any form of social media. Zach helped me turn a blank page into a relevant and useful summary for my Linked In network.

I didn't have a clue what my profile should look like, but Sandra knew perfectly and I was really happy with the results.
